Studying

Well the studying has been quite productive today... though these pictures might indicate otherwise.
Done quite well compared to other days.

Study area in our flat

For our (Me and Kelly) study break we had a Chinese, went to get ice cream, walked Alice to the library and finished it off by watching 'The only way is Essex' . (It seems quite alot to do for a study break but we deserved it :P )

Arty Farty

It's 02:06. I should be dreaming. Also think that I have gone a bit crazy with the blogging ....

Nevermind.

This will probably be one of the last entries before exams unless I feel the need to document my library sessions. Exams are looming, only 5 weeks away. Strangly I am quite relaxed. This is evident due to the lack of studying that occurs. I distract myself so easily.  But I am starting to realise that I need to start working if I want to stand a chance in passing these exams....

Anyway. The reason I am still awake : ART.
Loved doing art when I was younger as far as I can remember. And this whole art obsession resurfaced after I purchased a sketch book.I have learned that  I am going to need a lot of pracise to get better.

One of my better drawings

I got some art stuff for my birthday from the Rachael Smith so thought 'hey this would be a great distraction - lets do some art!'

It resulted in this :

Paintbrushes

Greens

My favourite colour

Orange

Yellow
Have to say didn't actually produce any fancy pictures with new art tools but the close up of my hand is pretty awesome!!!

One messy night - For Rory :)

I also feel it is essential to state that if Millie's Cookies is ever visited than people should purchase the milk chocolate cookies because in my opinion they are the best one's!!!

'75 Kg - Average Weight of an adult man'

Well , where to start.....

Guess I can start with my wanders around Dundee. Went up to Dundee Law Hill when it was a sunny day .....

as well as wondering to Tesco's numerous times for food items which involves a walk past a wall covered with graffiti. My favourite one being 'potassium exthoxide  rules C2H5OK' . I think it makes the graffiti artist  of Dundee seem somewhat intelligent :p

On Wednesday night I ventured from Dundee to Glasgow with my flatmate (Kelly) to visit her friend at uni. It began with a 2 and bit hour car journey and the Glasgow adventure began with hamburger and chips ;) The night was spend catching up, a visit to bamboo (nightclub) and ended with a visit to 'Best kebab'.  It was well good, didnt need any taxi's as Kirstie (driver) drove us to the nightclub, have to say she was probably better at finding places than the person (Jayne) who actually lived there, at navigation. Bamboo was pretty good, lots of drunk people spilling drink all over us, esp. Kelly who was pratically soaked head to toe(and who dried within 5 seconds because it was so hot). There was also an incident in the toilets were Kelly was almost in an argument with some drunk girl who thought Kelly had been slagging her!!! Scary! Night out ended with a visit to the 'Best Kebab' which should actually be renamed ''Worst Kebab'. The staff short changed us and the chips were not actually that fantastic! There was also an encounter with the police on the way home but nothing to worry about, just  bit of a scare...
The next day was pretty relaxed. Went to Galvin Groove (?) Park. Wondered around and got food. The best bit was the museum...lots of different things to see. A stuffed elephant (not even joking) and a dinoscaur footprint found on Skye ! (Skye is more famous than I thought ;))

Stuffed Elephant

Dinosaur footprint
Proof that it was found on the Isle of Skye
The most funny thing in the museum was the scale that told you what your weight was equal to.
All together (Me, Jayne, Kelly and Kirstie) we weight the same as '356 chip suppers' and the others weight the same as the amount of dung produced by an Asain elephant each day. I however, weight more...I weight  the same as the average ADULT MAN!!!  However, the more worring thing about this whole scenerio was that I was only 25kg less than an newborn Asain elephant :O !!!

75kg - average weight of an adult man

The End.
